CPC Mobile Notary ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how it's used.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message you enter. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect any information beyond what you submit directly.
How we use it
Submissions are emailed directly to our inbox so we can respond to your inquiry. We use your information only to reply to you and, if you proceed, to schedule and complete the notarial service you requested.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to complete a notarial act you've requested (for example, information already required by California notary law for a journal entry).
Retention
Contact form messages are retained in our email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and document your inquiry. Notarial journal records are retained separately as required by California law.
